Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in image processing tools and techniques (e.g., OpenCV, MATLAB).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role involves leveraging data analysis and imaging technologies to optimize system performance and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret complex image data to improve system performance.
- Develop and implement image processing algorithms tailored to ASML's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve imaging-related challenges.
- Create dashboards and reports for data visualization and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in large-scale datasets.
