Our client is looking for a dynamic ERP Systems Software & Hardware Assistant to join their team and play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of their ERP systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and support key business functions across departments!
Requirements:
- Must be able to Speak Mandarin
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Have a strong understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of database management and network infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for effective user support and training.
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.
