OPERATIONS MANAGER (HARDWARE RETAIL) / EAST LONDON
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
3 – 5 years’ experience within the Hardware industry (non-negotiable)
Social Media Marketing experience
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communications and organisational skills
Familiar with business and financial principles
Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Marketing
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Salary: Market related (depending on experience)
