We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to join our growing Finance firm. This role involves generating new business, developing relationships with prospective clients, attending meetings, and setting up consultations. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development and sales and be able to work independently while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). You will collaborate closely with the team to build long-term relationships with clients and create business opportunities for the finance company.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Lead Generation: Achieve the target number of new business leads monthly.
● Sales Conversion: Successfully convert leads into signed contracts with a set conversion rate.
● Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and sales goals.
● Client Retention & Satisfaction: Ensure high client satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
● Follow-up & Communication: Maintain timely and consistent communication with leads and clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Experience & Background:
● Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
● Strong understanding of the sales process, client acquisition, and lead generation.
● Experience in sales, business development, or similar fields is a plus.
