Job Title: New Business Developer (Recruitment)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you
will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing
a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving the growth of our financial recruitment business.
You will work with warm prospects and play a crucial role in expanding our client base and filling
live vacancies with high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calling Warm Prospects:
○ Engage with over 200 new prospects each month.
○ Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients sourced from various
channels.
○ Understand the recruitment needs of each prospect and position our
services effectively.
2. Generating a Pipeline:
○ Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
○ Maintain a consistent flow of prospects through effective relationship-building and
follow-up strategies.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting
to recruitment.
3. Processing Calls:
○ Convert prospect calls into actionable follow-ups or live vacancies.
○ Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM
system.
○ Schedule follow-up meetings and ensure continuous engagement with potential
clients.
4. Client Management:
○ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
○ Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
○ Act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
