Primary Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct detailed assessments of the training landscape to identify market trends, industry demands, competitor offerings, and skills gaps.
o Analyze the needs of potential clients to ensure alignment with industry advancements and client expectations.
2. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including businesses and government entities.
o Effectively communicate and negotiate to understand and fulfil client training requirements.
3. Customized Training Solutions
o Design tailored training programs, such as technical skills development,
leadership training, and compliance courses, to address workforce capability needs.
4. Sales and Business Growth
o Actively promote training services through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
o Present and articulate the value proposition of the company's training solutions.
5. Strategic Partnerships
o Foster collaboration with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other stakeholders to expand the network and visibility of the organization.
6. Accreditation and Compliance
o Ensure all training programs adhere to industry standards and maintain required accreditations.
o Collaborate with SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities) for compliance and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
7. BBBEE Alignment
o Develop training initiatives to maximize BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) compliance and benefit client organizations.
8. Innovation and Adaptation
o Explore innovative training methods, including e-learning, blended learning, and gamification, to meet evolving market needs.
9. Reporting and Analytics
o Track and report on performance metrics, client satisfaction, and training program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
10. Qualifications and Experience:
•Minimum diploma in Marketing or a related field.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the training or education sector.
•Knowledge of SETA compliance and BBBEE strategies is advantageous.
•Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
