• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable Oracle database solutions, including schema, tables, indexes, and stored procedures.
  
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL code, and database functions to ensure top-notch performance and high availability.
  
• Database Maintenance & Security: Perform routine maintenance tasks like backups, restores, and upgrades, and ensure robust security measures for sensitive data.
  
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver database solutions on time and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
