A well-established Dental Practice in Milnerton, Western Cape, is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist with 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice to join its team.
We are seeking a professional and friendly individual who thrives in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing outstanding patient service. Experience with the Exact billing system is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments to optimize the daily workflow.
Job Details:
- Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 depending on experience
- Starting Date: End of April 2025
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 & One Saturday per month: 08:00 – 12:00 (Working hours: 07:30 - 16:45 once or twice a month)
