Job Summary
In this key role, you will partner with line management to deliver value-adding HR services that support our company’s growth and commitment to excellence.
As an HR Officer, you will take on a hands-on approach, ensuring visibility on the shop floor while promoting company values and offering support to both employees and management. You’ll manage recruitment and selection processes aligned with employment equity goals, facilitate stay and exit interviews, handle disciplinary procedures, and contribute to Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE reporting. Additionally, you’ll oversee onboarding programs, staff performance management, and HR documentation, ensuring a smooth and productive working environment.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a National Diploma in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, with at least three years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of LRA, BCEA, and HR best practices is essential, along with excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
