Office Administrator required for a reputable architectural company based in East London
Seeking an Office Administrator to streamline administrative processes across all branches in the Eastern Cape area
Requirements / Responsibilities:
?Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
?A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other branches are essential.
?Oversee and maintain human resources functions.
?Coordinate, compile, and submit company tenders.
?Manage assets, including vehicles, equipment, software, and insurance.
?Oversee subscriptions and memberships.
?Act as the social media coordinator.
?Manage compliance and improvements for office and subsidiary office systems.
?Handle property portfolio tasks, including leases, invoicing, and collaborative maintenance management.
