Job Summary
A leading seed distributor in South Africa is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Port Elizabeth branch.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about agriculture, highly organized, and self-motivated.
The ideal candidate will support the Branch Manager and Sales team, efficiently handle tasks, respond promptly to situations, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Must have a drivers licence and own transport
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) and English.
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook (MS Dynamics is a plus).
