Job Summary
Commercial Claims Consultant required for a well established underwriting company in Roodepoort. This role is responsible for processing of claims from start to finish. This will include loading, processing and finalising all motor and non-motor claims. Please note that this role is full time office based and you will be required to work in the office based in Roodepoort.
Responsibilities
- Loading, processing and finalising motor and non-motor claims
- Manage claims in accordance with company procedures.
- Collect accurate info and documents to proceed with a claim
- Prompt feedback and handling of claims
- Discuss the claim with suppliers and repairers when necessary
Requirements
- 3 -5 years Claims experience (ideally in Motor Traders Insurance)
- RE5 Certificate (Completed or currently studying)
Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Client Service driven
- Working as a team player
- Good time management skills. (Planning and organising)
