One of the well known long term insurance companies, with a National footprint, is looking for an experienced Technical support candidate with Team leader experience to join their Pretoria branch.
Responsibilities:
Drafting reports - call closure stats and 1st line support matters
Process implementation and driving continuous improvement (For call closures)
Stakeholder engagement
Assigning JIRAS
Escalating calls to 3rd Line and other teams
LAN and WAN support
Installing software
Troubleshooting
Assembling of computer
Maintain and repair hardware
Maintain and install cables
Inventory maintenance for hardware and software
Assist users - 2nd line support
Procure laptops and desktops
Asset management - obtain quotes, tracking and managing assets
Must have:
A+ and N+
Team leader - Technical support experience
No less than 5 years' experience in 2nd and 3rd line support
Valid drivers' license
Excellent English communication
Clear credit record, clear criminal record
Contactable references of 2 most recent employers
