Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Consultant in the Budget department.
Requirements:
- Matric
- SAQA accreditation- essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing would be advantageous.
- Full 150 STI credits dependent on DOFA date- essential.
- Regulatory exam 5 dependant on DOFA date- essential.
- 1+ year call centre experience- essential.
- Experience in the Financial Service Industry would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships.
- Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
- Evaluate customer’s level of interest by asking questions to gather information.
- Sell customer propositions by influencing customers to make a purchase with the best benefits and solutions.
- Keep updated with business products and changes in the insurance industry.
