Recommended Qualifications
- BCom/NDip in Finance or similar
- Minimum two to three years relevant work experience in Short Term Insurance

- Reconcile monthly benefits and medical Aid
- Sends Payroll to bank
- Generates monthly pay slips and advise staff
- BI-Annual IRP5 process
- Monthly specific tasks on payroll (refer payroll process)
- Annual Increases and bonus preparation
- Annual increase and/or bonus letters
- Annual COIDA returns
- Monitor Leave
- Weekly checks on all staff leave
- Check that leave is in line with company policy
- Check that the correct leave is taken and approved by management
- Advise management of leave shortfalls and/or leave that must be taken
- Assist management with reversals of leave if required
- Ad Hoc reports on abuse of leave escalated to HR management
- Monitor daily attendance of staff and time keeping, refer to management if required
