Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales and team management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a large team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
Must own a car for travel between store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Training: Identify, hire, and train a team of in-store promoters.
Team Allocation: Strategically assign promoters to various stores, ensuring optimal coverage.
Sales Targets: Motivate and manage the team to meet daily sales targets.
Performance Management: Maintain a high-performance environment with a focus on achieving sales every day.
Reporting: Hands-on management of sales reports to track and enhance performance.
Mobility: Travel between malls as required to oversee operations (a personal vehicle is essential).
