We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Business Developer to help drive our growth in European markets. This hybrid role focuses on lead generation, building relationships, and collaborating with our Sales Team to create new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage senior decision-makers in European territories.
- Work with the team to meet targets and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English (essential).
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Tertiary education is required.
- Strong communication skills and resilience to overcome objections.
