Job Title: Project Manager
Location:
Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale
Job Type:
6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularly
- Risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budget and ensure financial targets are achieved
- Lead project team meetings and facilitate communication among team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Must be a PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Energy, Oil and Gas industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and techniques
Education:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically overseeing large-scale engineering or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects similar to the Medupi FGD Retrofit.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
