Job Summary
One of our clients based in Athlone , NPO they are looking for a Technical Customer Support to join their growing team, to ensure compliance with company guidelines for the clearance of raw materials, ingredients, and products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with food technologists and clients to maintain accurate records and facilitate the halaal certification process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearance Management:
- Clear raw materials, ingredients, and products according to the company guidelines.
- Liaise with food technologists to address and resolve complex ingredient clearance issues.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update accurate records of clients' raw materials and finished product lists.
- Work with clients who have deficient records to ensure updates are made accordingly.
- Certification Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Client Service Administrator to create halaal certificate annexures for Production scheme clients.
- Keep accurate records of halaal certification for raw materials, products, and ingredients.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly report to the CEO detailing clearance activities and records updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of halaal certification processes and company guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and record-keeping software.
