Our client based in Athlone (NGO) Is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quality Assurance or a related field is required.
- Experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in a certification or regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Liaise with accreditation bodies, manage external audits, and ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Quality Assurance Manager Role
- The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure our processes meet ISO/IEC 17065:2012 quality standards.
- Implement, maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Provide monthly reports to management
- Conduct risk assessments and clear NC’s,
- Establish and maintain preventative actions
- Prepare management review reports,
- Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Manage current accreditations and apply for new external accreditations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS.
- Ensure compliance of all follow-through and aftercare services, including customer care and customer satisfaction.
