Location: Port Elizabeth (responsible for East London and George branches as well)
My client is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company strategies.
Drive cost-effective operations while meeting budget and KPI targets.
Oversee staff, including Administrators, Technicians, logistics teams, and Warehouse Assistants.
Maintain strong customer relationships and exceed service expectations.
Manage inventory, fleet, and warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and staff development.
Travel to East London and George quarterly to oversee regional operations.
Requirements:
Matric (Operations Management qualification advantageous).
4-6 years’ experience in operations management.
2-3 years’ administrative experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
