Job Summary
Opportunity available for a suitably qualified individual for this national concern. Our client is looking for an experienced attorney with a minimum of two years post articles experience in Labour Law / Human Resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Disciplinary management
- Attending to disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Labour dispute resolution
- Work closely with department managers to provide advice on labour, legal and disciplinary matters
- Facilitate meetings, counselling session and improve workplace relations
- Conflict management and resolution
- Policy development and compliance
Skills required:
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse complex situations
- Exceptional conflict management, negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Previous relevant experience
