Handle sensitive information with discretion, oversee the procurement of office supplies, and ensure office equipment functions optimally. Arrange and coordinate local and international travel, including accommodation, currency management, and reconciliations. Continually review office processes to enhance operational efficiency.
**Administration**
Prepare and process documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations within required timelines. Proofread documents, draft standard communications, and manage the timely distribution of materials. Take meeting minutes and ensure proper record-keeping.
Monitor office expenses, track variances against budget, and keep the executive informed of financial matters. Coordinate and quality-assure reports for submission, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with courier services for document deliveries and track receipt confirmations.
