KPI Area 1 – Sales Development

KPI Area 2 – Customer Service & Relationship Management
Meet sales targets, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle complaints, assist customer service teams, and optimize travel and client safety.

Stay updated on product knowledge, recommend products, and oversee technical services. Conduct training and assist with product development and trials.

Experience & Qualifications
5-7 years in sales/management, especially in chemical/hygiene and food & beverage sectors. Relevant qualification preferred.
Skills
Proficient in MS Office, sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
