Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- MUST have experience with bulk payrolls
- MUST have Uniclox experience
- MUST be able to start immediately
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless data integration.
- Handle complex payroll issues and inquiries, providing guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure proper record-keeping for audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g, VIP Premier and Excel.
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage confidential information.
