Our client, a leader in its field is looking for an energetic financially and operationally astute individual to take charge of their retail division. The successful individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership ability and solid problem-solving skills.
Duties will include:
- Business Development
- Project Management
- Marketing oversight
- Financial and management oversight of retail outlets
- Recruitment of senior personnel/direct reports
Requirements:
- A proven track record overseeing strategic direction, operations, and performance of a business unit
- A successful record in driving growth and profitability
- A relevant tertiary qualification
