Job Summary
Our client has an opportunity available for a Cards Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
- 12+ months of recent tenure at the company in a Customer Service role.
- Understanding of the customer service environment.
- Understanding of systems including Vision Plus, Avaya, Alchemy and CSM- essential.
- Matric
- Leadership experience or exposure would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Agree set goals with team members covering performance, quality and development areas.
- Drive the achievement of targets.
- Manage and maintain focused and highly motivated team members.
- Manage Employees by ensuring continuous communication, feedback, motivation and Company Behaviours are being lived.
- Handle Internal and External Customer Services – compliments, complaints.
- Accurate Reporting.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicate to the team.
- Ensure that daily, monthly contact centre targets are met.
