Job Summary
PKF Cape Town's Stellenbosch office is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist for a temporary 4-month position.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests and clients upon arrival.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all stakeholders, employees, and clients by managing the switchboard.
- Arrange beverages for meetings and appointments.
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms, including coordinating refreshments as required.
- Oversee stationery and cartridge orders, reconcile weekly and monthly payments, and report to the finance department.
- Report any building-related issues to the landlord.
- Purchase office supplies such as coffee, sugar, tea, etc.
- Upload slips, including those from Partners.
- Coordinate weekly car wash requests from staff.
- Assist with shredding coordination, including providing proof of shredding to the Accountant.
- Assist management with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Matric
- 0 – 3 years’ experience
- Previous reception experience will be beneficial
- MS Office experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Friendly and professional
- Presentable and well spoken
