Internal Audit/Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Will manage stock control
- Must be able to match stock on hand to the system.
- Will manage stock for 3 service stations and one liquor store
- Will be required to do onsite visits and do spot checks
- Perform daily reconciliations for the 3 service stations and the 1 liquor store.
- Must have good attention to detail
- Will responsible for providing feedback to the MD on daily operations at the various sites
- Will be responsible for scrutinizing large orders
- Discuss GP reports and shrinkage
- Make sure that each Service Manager is providing reports on time
Key Requirements:
- Experience in stock control and processes
- Dealing with GP reports and shrinkage within the business
- Previous experience in retail/ convenience store/liquor store/service station would be advantageous
- Relevant finance qualifications advantageous
- Must have a strong business and operations acumen
- Advanced experience on Excel
- Availability to start immediately
