About the Role:
As a Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretarial Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal, compliance, and governance functions. You’ll assist in managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping to maintain corporate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and filing of legal, compliance, and company secretarial documents.
Assist with corporate governance tasks, including board meetings and shareholder resolutions.
Ensure timely regulatory filings and help with compliance reporting.
Maintain and update corporate records, statutory books, and legal documentation.
Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance teams.
What We’re Looking For:
LLB degree and completion of articles
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial duties.
Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
