Job Summary
Please note this position is based in the Middle East.
We are seeking an experienced Field Compliance Coordinator with a minimum of 6 years in HSE coordination within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing compliance for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, with a strong background in construction management and technical qualifications to support projects in Jafurah.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all project phases.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems on-site.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Train and mentor field personnel on HSE best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular reports on HSE performance to project management.
- Assist in the development of safety procedures and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Oversee the health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction and operational activities.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: BS in Safety Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in an HSE Coordinator role, preferably in oil and gas EPC projects.
- Industry Experience: Experience in oil and gas project management engineering and construction management.
- Certification: OSHA Safety Certification required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HSE management systems, safety audits, and risk assessments.
