Courier Dispatch Clerk (Centurion)
Role: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch orders: verify, invoice, arrange delivery (courier/service).
Manage deliveries: create driver trip sheets.
Update sales: provide order status & waybill info.
Resolve dispatch errors.
Prepare daily reports.
Handle cash-on-delivery (if applicable).
Communicate order delays.
Verify dispatched goods (items, quantities, condition).
Confirm payments before dispatch.
Assist with stock takes.
Collaborate with pickers.
Maintain dispatch area cleanliness.
Complete assigned tasks.
Communicate challenges to manager.
Ensure timely mailing of documents.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (or equivalent).
Fluent English.
Computer literate (MS Office, etc.).
Dispatch experience (preferred).
