• A strong track record in financial technology or related start-ups.
• Hands-on experience in building APIs, scalable products, and complex systems.
• Top-tier technical knowledge, curiosity, and familiarity with APIs, developer tools, and databases.
• In-depth knowledge of the local fintech or banking sectors, with a strong network in key markets such as South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana.
• Deep understanding of developers and what makes a great developer experience.
• Experience in developing APIs and working on B2B2C products.
