Office Administrator
Overview
Our client based in Cape Town’s City Bowl, is looking for a positive, highly organised, excellent communicator to join their small team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support and management of various tasks and duties and must thrive in an administrative role. This is a permanent, in-office, half-day position and is ideally suited to a mom seeking a ‘morning worker bee and Mom in the afternoon’ opportunity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferable
- Or tertiary education equivalent
- Strong computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
