Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client, a reputable Financial Services Provider, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage departmental objectives to align with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and drive performance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on operational metrics and KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Management
- 5-8 Years' experience in client services and sales within a Financial Services or Employee
Benefits environment. - 3-5 Years' management experience
- Knowledge of the financial services, health, insurance, and investment industry
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be advantageous.
- Key individual would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
