Product Training: A 2-month product training program.

Basic Salary: R12,000.00 for the first two months during the training period.

Brokers Code: You will receive your brokers code within 1 month, allowing you to start writing business.

Vesting Bonus: Calculated at 3%, available for 24 months.

Missed Premiums: Allows for up to 6 months of missed premiums.

Full Back Office Support: This includes submitting policies and arranging medical appointments for clients.

Bonus: R10,000.00 bonus for writing a minimum of 4 clients within the first 6 months.

Clawbacks: Only applicable to policy premiums, not bonuses.
