Job Summary
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Specialist to join our client, a premier organization specializing in investment and wealth management. Responsibilities
- Advising on and forming new trusts.
- Ensuring that all trusts comply with administrative and legal requirements (with the assistance of a Fiduciary Administrator).
- Managing relationships with fiduciary clients.
- Advising on and preparing draft wills.
- Acting as executor in client estates (with assistance from the estate administration team).
- Conducting periodic reviews of trust deeds and structures to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives, legal compliance, and tax efficiency.
- Overseeing adherence to regulatory requirements such as anti-money laundering (AML) and tax transparency laws.
- Educating clients on fiduciary structures, legal implications, and best practices to ensure informed decision-making.
- Assisting clients with cross-border fiduciary structures, addressing jurisdictional complexities, and managing international estate issues.
Requirements
- Essential: LLB degree or other relevant academic qualification.
- Advantageous: Tax qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fiduciary industry.
- FPSA designation or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Understanding of and experience in company administration will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-net-worth professional environment.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in relaying complex information in an understandable manner.
