Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Oracle) + Excel & Microsoft
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers.
- Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with VAT, tax, and payroll processing.
- Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate management reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with audits and month-end financial processes.
