As a Financial Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting function, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- BCom in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in IT or consulting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
