An exciting opportunity awaits a Head of Product Pricing Channels and Revenue Diversification in a top financial institution. As the leader of this role, you will drive the strategic development and execution of the Bank’s product portfolio, pricing models, channels, and revenue diversification. You’ll play a crucial part in steering the organization to new growth frontiers while ensuring sustainable and competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
Core Banking & Product Management: Lead the design, development, and management of innovative financial products tailored to farmers and agribusinesses, leveraging the core banking platform.
Pricing Strategy: Develop dynamic pricing models that balance risk, affordability, and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Revenue Diversification: Drive the expansion of revenue streams beyond traditional banking products, through fintech collaborations, advisory services, and sustainable agricultural products.
Channel Strategy: Implement multi-channel distribution strategies, including mobile banking, digital platforms, physical branches, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement.
Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance of the product and channel portfolios, ensuring KPIs such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction are met.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure all product and pricing structures comply with relevant regulations, collaborating with risk and compliance teams to mitigate any associated risks.
People Management: Lead a team towards achieving performance targets, ensuring capacity planning and resource allocation are aligned with business goals.
Preferred Minimum Education & Experience
Honours degree in Product, Finance, Banking, Agricultural Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in product management, pricing strategy, and revenue diversification, with a strong background in financial services and agricultural economics.
Extensive experience with digital channels, fintech partnerships, and modern banking technologies.
Proven track record in developing and launching financial products, pricing models, and generating new revenue streams.
