Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in their search for a Financial Accountant. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
- Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
- Performing bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
- Preparing and submitting tax returns and compliance reports
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Providing financial analysis and insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
