Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client, a leading company in the property development sector, is currently seeking a dynamic Property Accounts Assistant to join their team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for property transactions.
- Maintain financial records, including accurate data entry and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for property projects.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and essential documentation.
- Communicate with tenants, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
- Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or financial support role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
- Education: Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
