Duties:
Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answering and Directing Phone Calls
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and employees
Maintain and update the calendar for meetings and events
Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
