Job Summary
HIRING: SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - MINING (Centurion)
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects in the mining industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in engineering, project management, and mineral processing will be key to this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Apply EPCM principles to optimize project delivery and cost control.
Provide technical guidance in mineral processing to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and manage key client relationships.
Solve client challenges with innovative engineering solutions.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and mitigate risks.
Assess and manage project risks.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Implement quality control to meet or exceed industry standards.
Manage the Technical Sales team.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Process).
PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum 6 years’ experience.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
