Job Title: Stormwater Civil Engineer
Location: Centurion, Cape Town, or Durban
Client: Hire Resolve
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a qualified Stormwater Civil Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading engineering firm in the Centurion, Cape Town, or Durban office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement stormwater management systems.
- Perform hydrological and hydraulic analysis for stormwater systems.
- Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications related to stormwater projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee the construction phase of stormwater projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or BSc).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Stormwater Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydraflow.
- Knowledge of local stormwater regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
