Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Scheduler with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Project Management scheduling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases, with a focus on construction management. This role requires strong technical skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for oil and gas projects, focusing on EPC phases such as engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that project timelines are met.
- Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Excel to create and manage project schedules.
- Perform schedule analysis, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to reflect any changes or delays.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are achievable and aligned with project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry, with significant experience in EPC project phases.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of scheduling and project management tools.
