Job Summary
Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk.
  • Proficient in Excel and Sage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and capture supplier invoices.
  • Liaise with suppliers for statements and payment issues.
  • Reconcile supplier statements with recorded transactions.
  • Assist with supplier payment processing.
  • Process and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage customer queries related to accounts and payments.
  • Prepare weekly target tracking reports for the sales division.
  • Assist with monthly management pack preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks for the finance department.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation.
  • Assist the financial manager with additional tasks as needed.
