Qualification- Matric
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- 1 - 2 Years' experience in preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Experience in identifying labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, and related documents.
- Experience within industrial ceramic products advantageous.
- Computer literate on MS Office and Google Mail.
- A high level of numeracy with good attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Valid drivers license.
- Determine costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Provide statistics on quotes done per month and success rate.
- Ensure that the customer receives a proper quotation to place an order.
- Contact customers for technical information as needed for quoting purposes.
- Market intelligence.
- Assist in project planning.
- Assist with NetSuite data capturing, generate an order acknowledgement.
- Assist in invoicing and delivery notes for dispatch.
