Job Summary
Job Title: Supply Chain Management Officer
Location: Pretoria Central
Salary: R25,000.00 per month
Contract Type: 4-Month Ad-Hoc
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday (with availability after hours and weekends when required)
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking two experienced Supply Chain Management Officers to join their team for a 4-month ad-hoc contract. The ideal candidates will play a key role in the day-to-day management of supply chain activities, acquisitions management, and tender processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in the field of supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in acquisitions management and tender management processes.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and standards.
- Provide support to the SCM team as required, including after hours and on weekends.
- Report to the SCM Manager and work closely with other team members to achieve procurement goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma/Degree in Public Procurement, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Acquisitions, and Tender Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures and policies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
