A great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of an Engineering Manager to join their team.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage SHERQC compliance within the Department through effective use of the Toolbox
- Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHERQC status
- Manage performance against set targets and competencies
- Ensure IDPs are linked to performance results and implemented as per the plan
- Document and review the overall maintenance strategy on an annual basis to ensure that it is aligned with the business plan
- Ensure strict adherence to maintenance work management principles
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- GCC Mines and Works
- ECSA Registered
- 8 - 12 years’ experience in a plant maintenance mining environment
- Minimum 4 years at Manager level
